Origin
The Stone
A large square cabochon of deep green, its surface crossed by a fine network of veins like the root system of an ancient forest. At the center it is almost black; at the edges, where the light finds it, it glows a vivid, living green — the color of moss after rain, of deep water, of the moment the forest wakes.
The smooth cabochon dome was chosen over facets deliberately. A faceted stone would shatter the green into sparks; a dome holds it whole, lets it breathe, lets the eye sink into its depth. The network of veins inside is the stone's own handwriting — no two stones share the same pattern.
Set in warm rose gold and framed by ornate Baroque scrollwork, the ring evokes the grandeur of seventeenth-century European court jewelry — but with a weight and presence that feels entirely modern. It is a statement, a heirloom, a small kingdom worn on the finger.
